January 7, 2023: Steelton, PA 17113 The Halifax Wildcats basketball team (Halifax, PA), was overwhelmed 68-43 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Steelton-Highspire Steamrollers (Steelton, PA)
The Steamrollers now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boiling Springs for a Mid-Penn - Capital battle on Tuesday, January 10. Steelton-Highspire will battle a Bubblers team coming off a 40-36 non-league loss to Greencastle-Antrim (Greencastle, PA). The Bubblers record now stands at 3-8.
The Wildcats (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy (Boalsburg, PA). The WolfPack come into the Tri-Valley battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy trounced Upper Dauphin Area (Elizabethville, PA), 63-54, in a league battle.
