In Saturday's non-league match, the host Lewiston Tigers basketball team scored a good 63-49 triumph over the Omaha Christian Academy Eagles.

In their next game, the Tigers meet the Diller-Odell Griffin (Odell, NE) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 10. Lewiston will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Griffin enter the match with a 4-7 record after their 42-32 league loss to Sacred Heart (Falls City, NE).
