January 7, 2023: Calhoun, KY 42327 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Oldham County Colonels basketball team scored a tight 65-59 triumph over the McLean County Cougars.
In their next game, the Colonels meet the South Oldham Dragons (Crestwood, KY) in a District 29 match, on Friday, January 13. Oldham County will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Dragons enter the match with a 6-6 record after their 66-59 non-league loss to Collins (Shelbyville, KY).
With the defeat, McLean County moves to 9-4 on the year. The Cougars travel to Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY) to meet the Cougars in a non-league match on Saturday, January 14. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 5-9.
