January 7, 2023: Central Village, CT 06332 The Plainfield Panthers (Central Village, CT) basketball nipped the visiting Tourtellotte Tigers (North Grosvenordale, CT), 42-39 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Panthers (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Harvard Ellis Tech (Killingly, CT). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 2-6 record.
The Tigers now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Norwich RVT for a non-league test on Monday, January 9. Tourtellotte will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 61-54 non-league loss to Grasso Tech (Groton, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 0-6.
