Washington High School Basketball - Tenino can't get by Stevenson
January 7, 2023: Tenino, WA 98589 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Stevenson Bulldogs (Stevenson, WA) and the host Tenino Beavers (Tenino, WA), saw Stevenson's basketball squad hold off Tenino by a tally of 47-42.
With the victory, Stevenson improves its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Columbia (White Salmon, WA) to play the Bruins in a 1A Trico challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Bruins come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Columbia won 46-40 in their recent league challenge against Castle Rock (Castle Rock, WA)
Next up, the Beavers play the Chief Leschi Warriors (Puyallup, WA) in a non-league game, on Monday, January 9. Tenino will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 9-1 record after their 61-54 league win over Ilwaco (Ilwaco, WA).
