California High School Basketball - Menlo-Atherton fells Sacred Heart Prep
January 7, 2023: Atherton, CA 94027 Menlo-Atherton Bears (Atherton, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sacred Heart Prep Gators (Atherton, CA), 46-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Menlo-Atherton upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Bears host South San Francisco (South San Francisco, CA) to play the Warriors in a bout on Thursday, January 12. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 3-3. South San Francisco lost 49-21 in their recent non-league bout against Woodside (Woodside, CA)
Next up, the Gators play the Mills Vikings (Millbrae, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 9. Sacred Heart Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 37-21 non-league win over Westmoor (Daly City, CA).
