Oklahoma High School Basketball - Dewar fells Central
January 7, 2023: Dewar, OK 74431 Dewar Dragons (Dewar, OK) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Central Bronchos (Marlow, OK), 43-25 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Dewar upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Dragons host Wilson-Henryetta (Henryetta, OK) to play the Tigers in a Crossroads bout on Monday, January 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Wilson-Henryetta won 47-14 in their recent non-league bout against Mounds (Mounds, OK)
Next up, the Bronchos play the Fort Cobb-Broxton Mustangs (Fort Cobb, OK) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 46-28 non-league loss to Newcastle (Newcastle, OK).
