With the victory, Pope John XXIII improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The host Sparta (Sparta, NJ) to play the Spartans in a Northwest Jersey - National challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Sparta won 43-31 in their recent non-league challenge against NV - Old Tappan (Old Tappan, NJ)
