The Lakeside Vikings basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Meadowcreek Mustangs to 45 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Vikings now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berkmar for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. Lakeside will meet a Patriots team coming off a 51-9 non-league loss to Chamblee (Chamblee, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 2-11.
