January 7, 2023: Agency Village, SD 57262 The Tiospa Zina Wambdi basketball team (Agency Village, SD), was nudged 66-61 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Mobridge-Pollock Tigers (Mobridge, SD)
The Tigers now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cheyenne-Eagle Butte for a A Region 6 battle on Monday, January 16. Mobridge-Pollock will confront a Braves team coming off a 45-14 non-league loss to Chamberlain (Chamberlain, SD). The Braves record now stands at 1-7.
The Wambdi (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Milbank (Milbank, SD). The Bulldogs come into the A Region 1 battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Milbank edged Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD), 58-25, in a non-league battle.
