Minnesota High School Basketball - Tartan topped by Mound-Westonka
January 7, 2023: Mound, MN 55364 The Mound-Westonka White Hawks basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Tartan Titans to 40 in the White Hawks non-league victory on Saturday.
The White Hawks now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jordan for a non-league contest on Monday, January 9. Mound-Westonka will battle a Hubmen / Jaguars team coming off a 75-74 non-league win over Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN). The Hubmen / Jaguars record now stands at 9-0.
The Titans (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, Simley was defeated by North (North St. Paul, MN), 52-42, in a non-league contest.
