January 7, 2023: Hattiesburg, MS 39402 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Oak Grove Warriors soccer squad scored a close 3-0 win over the George County Rebels.
The Warriors (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against West Lauderdale (Collinsville, MS). The Knights go into the non-league battle with a 14-1 record. In their last battle, West Lauderdale nipped Choctaw Central (Philadelphia, MS), 6-1, in a league battle.
The Rebels (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Gautier (Gautier, MS). The Gators go into the 5A Region 8 battle with a 3-4 record.
