In Saturday's non-league test, the host Prout Crusaders ice hockey team scored a tight 8-1 win over the Norton Lancers.

The Crusaders (7-4) will now prepare for their test against La Salle Academy (Providence, RI). The Rams enter the State Championship Division test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, La Salle Academy Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI), 3-3, in a league test.
