The Johnsburg Skyhawks basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Belvidere North Blue Thunder to 43 in the Skyhawks non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Skyhawks now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodstock for a contest on Monday, January 9. Johnsburg will battle a Blue Streaks team coming off a 47-44 non-league loss to Genoa-Kingston (Genoa, IL). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 1-1.

The Blue Thunder (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Harlem (Machesney Park, IL). The Huskies enter the contest with a 8-8 record.
