January 7, 2024: McLean, VA 22101 Fans at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA) and the visiting Rock Creek Christian Academy White Eagles (Upper Marlboro, MD), saw Potomac School's basketball squad hold off Rock Creek Christian Academy White by a count of 73-69.
With the victory, Potomac School upgrades its record to 5-10 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC) to play the Quakers in a DCSAA AA challenge on Wednesday, January 10. The Quakers come into the challenge with a record of 8-4. Sidwell Friends lost 60-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Bullis (Potomac, MD)
Next up, the Eagles play the Olympus Spartans (Carneys Point, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 10. Rock Creek Christian Academy White will attempt to upgrade on its 17-6 season record.
