January 7, 2025: Conroe, TX 77303 The Calvary Baptist Eagles (Conroe, TX) basketball edged the visiting Salt and Light Homeschool Eagles (Conroe, TX), 59-56 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 14-5 record. They play next when they host Houston Adventist Academy for a TAPPS 2A District 7 bout on Thursday, January 9. Calvary Baptist will play a team coming off a 61-48 non-league win over Shady Acres Christian (Houston, TX). The record now stands at 7-3.
With the loss, Salt and Light Homeschool falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to The Covenant Preparatory School (Kingwood, TX) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, January 10. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-5.
