The Canal Winchester Indians got by the visiting Central Crossing Comets basketball squad by a final score of 40-36 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Indians clash with the Logan Chieftains (Logan, OH) in a Ohio Capital - Buckeye outing, on Friday, January 10. Canal Winchester will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record.

The Comets (2-7) will now prepare for their outing against Westerville Central (Westerville, OH). The Warhawks come into the Ohio Capital - Ohio outing with a 2-8 record. In their last outing, Westerville Central was nipped by Hilliard Darby (Hilliard, OH), 50-46, in a non-league outing.
