With the victory, Central advances its record to 11-2 on the year. The Trail Blazers host Heritage (Saginaw, MI) to face the Hawks in a non-league match on Thursday, January 9. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 6-2. Heritage won 87-35 in their recent non-league match against Alpena (Alpena, MI)
The Knights now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Davis Aerospace Tech for a Detroit Public II match on Friday, January 10. Osborn will face a Aviators squad coming off a 67-64 non-league loss to Northwestern (Detroit, MI). The Aviators record now stands at 2-3.
