The Pirates now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they host Atoka for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. Dale will confront a Wampus Cats team coming off a 72-31 non-league loss to Hartshorne (Hartshorne, OK). The Wampus Cats record now stands at 0-7.
With the loss, Jones falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Tecumseh (Tecumseh, OK) to confront the Savages in a Freelance game on Tuesday, January 14. The Savages go into the game with a record of 3-5.
