Louisiana High School Basketball - Opelousas victorious over East St. John
January 7, 2025: Opelousas, LA 70525 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Opelousas Tigers basketball team scored a good 67-50 triumph over the East St. John Wildcats.
The Tigers (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Acadiana (Lafayette, LA). The Rams go into the non-league contest with a 13-16 record. In their last contest, Acadiana topped Lafayette (Lafayette, LA), 51-48, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the East Iberville Tigers (St. Gabriel, LA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 9. East St. John will attempt to better on its 14-13 season record.
