Alabama High School Basketball - Southern Christian holds off First Assembly Christian

The Southern Christian Patriots basketball team scored 50 points and limited the host First Assembly Christian Lions to 45 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now have a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Ezekiel Academy for a Alabama Christian Sports game on Friday, January 10. Southern Christian will confront a Knights team coming off a 57-51 league win over Tuscaloosa Home Educators (Northport, AL). The Knights record now stands at 18-3.

With the loss, First Assembly Christian falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Victory Christian Academy (Millbrook, AL) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, January 10. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 6-7. Victory Christian Academy lost 66-42 in their recent non-league game against Oak Park Christian (Mobile, AL)
