Tennessee High School Basketball - Jo Byrns overwhelms Greenbrier
January 7, 2025: Cedar Hill, TN 37032 The Jo Byrns Red Devils basketball team scored 83 points and limited the visiting Greenbrier Bobcats to 48 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Red Devils now possess a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to East Robertson for a 1A District 8 game on Friday, January 10. Jo Byrns will confront a Indians team coming off a 61-37 non-league loss to Liberty Creek (Gallatin, TN). The Indians record now stands at 0-8.
With the loss, Greenbrier falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Sycamore (Pleasant View, TN) to confront the War Eagles in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. The War Eagles go into the game with a record of 8-3. Sycamore lost 58-38 in their recent non-league game against Lawson (Nashville, TN)
