The Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ) basketball edged the visiting Kofa Kings (Yuma, AZ), 52-48 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Coyotes now possess a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Mountain View for a 6A East Valley bout on Friday, January 10. Skyline will play a Toros team coming off a 77-40 non-league win over Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ). The Toros record now stands at 6-8.
