January 7, 2025: Prairie du Sac, WI 53578 The Sauk Prairie Eagles basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Monroe Cheesemakers to 52 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Baraboo for a Badger - Small game on Thursday, January 9. Sauk Prairie will confront a Thunderbirds team coming off a 69-46 non-league win over Adams-Friendship (Adams, WI). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, Monroe falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Cheesemakers host East Troy (East Troy, WI) to confront the Trojans in a Rock Valley - Valley game on Friday, January 10.
