New York High School Basketball - Oxford Academy crushes Unadilla Valley
January 7, 2025: Oxford, NY 13830 The Oxford Academy Blackhawks (Oxford, NY) basketball crushed the visiting Unadilla Valley Storm (New Berlin, NY), 82-36 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Blackhawks now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Edmeston Central for a non-league bout on Friday, January 10. Oxford Academy will play a Panthers team coming off a 68-22 league win over Sharon Springs Central (Sharon Springs, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 9-0.
With the loss, Unadilla Valley falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Storm host Harpursville (Harpursville, NY) to play the Hornets in a Section 4 Midstate bout on Wednesday, January 15. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 3-5.
