The Aquinas Fightin' Irish basketball squad (Augusta, GA), was crushed 78-25 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Baldwin Braves (Milledgeville, GA)

With the victory, Baldwin advances its record to 11-3 on the year. The Braves travel to West Laurens (Dexter, GA) to meet the Raiders in a AAA Region 4 battle on Friday, January 10. The Raiders enter the battle with a record of 3-11. West Laurens lost 65-61 in their recent league battle against Academy of Richmond County (Augusta, GA)

The Fightin' Irish now own a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westside for a AAA Region 4 battle on Friday, January 10. Aquinas will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 58-22 league loss to Howard (Macon, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 0-13.
