January 7, 2025: Glasgow, KY 42141 Barren County Trojans (Glasgow, KY) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Warren Central Dragons (Bowling Green, KY), 73-12 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Barren County advances its record to 11-2 on the year. The Trojans travel to Glasgow (Glasgow, KY) to face the Scotties in a District 15 match on Thursday, January 9. The Scotties enter the match with a record of 1-8. Glasgow lost 65-60 in their recent non-league match against Adair County (Columbia, KY)
The Dragons now own a 0-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenwood for a District 14 match on Thursday, January 9. Warren Central will face a Gators squad coming off a 64-27 non-league loss to George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY). The Gators record now stands at 5-6.
