Minnesota High School Basketball - Century bested by New Prague
January 7, 2025: Rochester, MN 55906 New Prague Trojans (New Prague, MN) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Century Panthers (Rochester, MN), 59-43 in a league match.
With the victory, New Prague advances its record to 8-2 on the year. The Trojans host Waconia (Waconia, MN) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, January 10. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 3-6. Waconia lost 76-62 in their recent league bout against Chaska (Chaska, MN)
With the loss, Century falls to 2-12 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Faribault (Faribault, MN) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 9. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 6-10.
