Louisiana High School Basketball - LaGrange overwhelms Sam Houston
January 7, 2025: Lake Charles, LA 70607 The LaGrange Gators basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Sam Houston Broncos to 34 in the Gators non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Gators now possess a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ville Platte for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. LaGrange will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 47-30 non-league win over Washington-Marion (Lake Charles, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-7.
With the loss, Sam Houston falls to 8-10 on the campaign. The Broncos host Reeves (Reeves, LA) to confront the Raiders in a non-league game on Thursday, January 9. The Raiders go into the game with a record of 19-6. Reeves won 78-59 in their recent non-league game against Lacassine (Lacassine, LA)
