In Tuesday's non-league test, the Mother McAuley Mighty Macs (Chicago, IL) basketball squad defeated the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL), by a final score of 50-38.

Next, the Mighty Macs clash with the Providence Catholic Celtics (New Lenox, IL) in a Girls Catholic - Red test, on Tuesday, January 14. Mother McAuley will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record. The Celtics come into the test with a 11-8 record after their 48-43 league loss to DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL).

The Knights (6-11) will now prepare for their test against Sandburg (Orland Park, IL). The Eagles come into the SouthWest Suburban test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Sandburg overcame Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL), 46-44, in a league test.
