Michigan High School Basketball - Pinconning victorious over Whittemore-Prescott
January 7, 2025: Whittemore, MI 48770 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Pinconning Spartans basketball team scored a good 47-31 triumph over the Whittemore-Prescott Cardinals.
The Spartans (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Meridian (Sanford, MI). The Mustangs go into the Jack Pine contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Meridian was topped by Evart (Evart, MI), 60-51, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Rogers City Hurons (Rogers City, MI) in a North Star - Big Dipper contest, on Friday, January 10. Whittemore-Prescott will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Hurons go into the contest with a 5-2 record after their 45-20 non-league win over Hillman (Hillman, MI).
