McClintock Chargers (Tempe, AZ) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Desert Vista Thunder (Phoenix, AZ), 50-38 in a non-league match.

With the victory, McClintock advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Chargers travel to Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ) to face the Knights in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 29. The Knights enter the match with a record of 0-2.

The Thunder now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Williams Field for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 8. Desert Vista will face a Black Hawks squad coming off a 53-27 non-league loss to Chandler (Chandler, AZ). The Black Hawks record now stands at 0-1.
