Texas High School Soccer - Liberty knocks off Plainview
January 7, 2025: Lubbock, TX 79424 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Liberty Patriots soccer squad scored a nice 9-0 victory over the Plainview Bulldogs.
The Patriots (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Lake View (San Angelo, TX). The Chiefs go into the 4A Region 1 District 2 outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Lake View Bandera (Bandera, TX), 0-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Tascosa Rebels (Amarillo, TX) in a 5A Region 1 District 3 outing, on Friday, January 10. Plainview will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Rebels go into the outing with a 0-2 record after their 0-0 non-league Cooper (Abilene, TX).
