Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Cedar Creek Pirates (Egg Harbor City, NJ) and the host Wildwood Warriors (Wildwood, NJ), saw Cedar Creek's basketball squad wallop Wildwood by a tally of 72-49.

With the victory, Cedar Creek improves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Holy Spirit (Absecon, NJ) to confront the Spartans in a Cape/Atlantic - National challenge on Tuesday, January 11. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Pitman Panthers (Pitman, NJ) in a Tri-County - Classic challenge, on Monday, January 10. Wildwood will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 58-51 non-league win over West Deptford (Westville, NJ).
