South Carolina High School Basketball - Faith Christian thwarts King Academy
January 8, 2022: Batesburg, SC 29006 The Faith Christian Knights (Summerville, SC) basketball knocked off the host King Academy Knights (Batesburg, SC), 45-35 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Knights (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Northside Christian School (North Charleston, SC). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Northside Christian School went down by Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics (North Charleston, SC), 73-44, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Newberry Academy for a SCISA A Region I test on Tuesday, January 11. King Academy will clash with a squad coming off a 73-32 league win over Wardlaw Academy (Johnston, SC). The record now stands at 2-8.
