Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds (Lima, OH) and the visiting Perry Commodores (Lima, OH), saw Lima Central Catholic's basketball squad hold off Perry by a count of 67-65.

With the victory, Lima Central Catholic upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds host Lima Senior (Lima, OH) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 18. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 8-1.
