Virginia High School Basketball - Bird trounces Marshall

January 8, 2022: Chesterfield, VA 23832

The Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Marshall Justices (Richmond, VA), 51-27 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Skyhawks (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Powhatan (Powhatan, VA). The Indians go into the Dominion test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Powhatan walloped Clover Hill (Midlothian, VA), 50-43, in a league test.

The Justices now own a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Armstrong for a non-league test on Monday, January 10.
