Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the North Central Thunderbirds (Farmersburg, IN) and the host South Vermillion Wildcats (Clinton, IN), saw North Central's basketball squad wallop South Vermillion by a tally of 60-36.

With the victory, North Central improves its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Sullivan (Sullivan, IN) to confront the Golden Arrows in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 11. The Golden Arrows come into the challenge with a record of 13-4. Sullivan won 66-60 in their recent league challenge against South Putnam (Greencastle, IN)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Parke Heritage Wolves (Rockville, IN) in a Wabash River challenge, on Tuesday, January 11. South Vermillion will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record.
