January 8, 2022: Irving, TX 75061 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Hillcrest Panthers (Dallas, TX) and the host Irving Tigers (Irving, TX), saw Hillcrest's soccer squad beat Irving by a count of 5-1.
The Panthers now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Adams for a 5A Region 2 District 11 test on Tuesday, January 11. Hillcrest will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Seagoville (Dallas, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Irving drops to 0-2 on the season. The Tigers host Sam Houston (Arlington, TX) to meet the Texans in a non-league test on Tuesday, January 11. The Texans come into the test with a record of 0-3.
