Washington High School Basketball - Brewster nips Omak
January 8, 2022: Brewster, WA 98812 Brewster Bears (Brewster, WA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Omak Pioneers (Omak, WA), 59-53 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Brewster upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Lake Roosevelt (Coulee Dam, WA) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 11. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 5-2. Lake Roosevelt lost 72-37 in their recent non-league bout against Okanogan (Okanogan, WA)
Next up, the Pioneers play the Quincy Jackrabbits (Quincy, WA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 11. Omak will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Jackrabbits come into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 71-66 non-league loss to Wahluke (Mattawa, WA).
