January 8, 2023: Ann Arbor, MI 48103 In Sunday's non-league test, the visiting Gabriel Richard Fighting Irish ice hockey team scored a tight 5-3 win over the Skyline Eagles.
The Fighting Irish (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Milford (Highland, MI). The Mavericks enter the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Milford by Hartland (Hartland, MI), 3-2, in a league test.
Next up, the Eagles encounter the Northwest Mounties (Jackson, MI) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, January 11. Skyline will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Mounties enter the test with a 4-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Mattawan (Mattawan, MI).
