Washington High School Basketball - Interlake winner over Kent-Meridian
January 8, 2024: Bellevue, WA 98008 The Interlake Saints (Bellevue, WA) basketball felled the visiting Kent-Meridian Royals (Kent, WA), 64-49 in Monday's non-league test.
The Saints (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Liberty (Issaquah, WA). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 9-3 record. In their last test, Liberty was beaten by Mount Si (Snoqualmie, WA), 53-43, in a non-league test.
The Royals now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Auburn for a non-league test on Thursday, January 11. Kent-Meridian will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 58-43 non-league win over Mercer Island (Mercer Island, WA). The Trojans record now stands at 11-0.
