Michigan High School Basketball - Capac overwhelms Marlette
January 8, 2025: Marlette, MI 48453 The Capac Chiefs basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Marlette Red Raiders to 28 in the Chiefs league triumph on Wednesday.
The Chiefs now have a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Ubly for a Greater Thumb - East game on Friday, January 10. Capac will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 71-44 league win over Memphis (Memphis, MI). The Bearcats record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Marlette falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Red raiders travel to Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy (Saginaw, MI) to confront the Dragons in a non-league game on Thursday, January 9.
