California High School Basketball - Francis Parker thwarts Victory Christian Academy

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Francis Parker Lancers (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Victory Christian Academy Knights (Chula Vista, CA), observed Francis Parker's basketball team knock off Victory Christian Academy by a score of 52-39.

The Lancers (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Moreno Valley (Moreno Valley, CA). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 12-5 record. In their last challenge, Moreno Valley prevailed over Poly (Riverside, CA), 62-17, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Great Oak Wolfpack (Temecula, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Victory Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 50-40 league win over Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA).
