Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Hill School trounced by Germantown Academy
January 8, 2025: Fort Washington, PA 19034 Germantown Academy Patriots (Fort Washington, PA) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Hill School Rams (Pottstown, PA), 58-36 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Germantown Academy advances its record to 8-4 on the year. The Patriots host Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (Philadelphia, PA) to meet the Blue Devils in a Inter-Academic match on Thursday, January 9. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 2-4. Springside Chestnut Hill Academy lost 50-32 in their recent league match against Agnes Irwin (Rosemont, PA)
The Rams now own a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pennington for a Mid-Atlantic Prep match on Saturday, January 11. Hill School will meet a Red Hawks squad coming off a 57-36 league loss to Hun (Princeton, NJ). The Red Hawks record now stands at 4-5.
