California High School Basketball - University City nudges Hoover

The Centurions (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA). The Dons come into the challenge with a 9-1 record. In their last challenge, Cathedral Catholic edged El Capitan (Lakeside, CA), 46-24, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cardinals encounter the High Tech SD Storm (San Diego, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 10. Hoover will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Storm come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 45-10 non-league loss to San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA).
