January 8, 2025: Daytona Beach, FL 32124 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the host Father Lopez Green Wave soccer squad scored a tight 7-0 victory over the Lake Mary Prep Griffins.
The Green Wave (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy (Melbourne, FL). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy was overwhelmed by Cypress Bay (Weston, FL), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Griffins confront the International Community Comets (Winter Park, FL) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, January 9. Lake Mary Prep will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Comets go into the outing with a 3-6 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Geneva (Casselberry, FL).
