California High School Soccer - Sage Creek toppled by Poway
January 8, 2025: Poway, CA 92064 Poway Titans (Poway, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Sage Creek Bobcats (Carlsbad, CA), 6-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Poway moves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Pacific Ridge (Carlsbad, CA) to meet the Firebirds in a non-league test on Friday, January 10. The Firebirds come into the test with a record of 2-4. Pacific Ridge won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego, CA)
The Bobcats now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Tri-City Christian for a non-league test on Friday, January 10. Sage Creek will meet a Eagles team coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Linfield Christian (Temecula, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.
