Louisiana High School Basketball - Berwick fells Kaplan
January 9, 2023: Berwick, LA 70342 Berwick Panthers (Berwick, LA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Kaplan Pirates (Kaplan, LA), 52-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Berwick upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Panthers host Morgan City (Morgan City, LA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Morgan City lost 51-40 in their recent non-league bout against Comeaux (Lafayette, LA)
Next up, the Pirates play the Crowley Gent (Crowley, LA) in a 3A District 5 bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Kaplan will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
