Wisconsin High School Basketball - Boscobel topped by Kickapoo
January 9, 2023: Viola, WI 54664 The Kickapoo Panthers basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Boscobel Bulldogs to 47 in the Panthers non-league victory on Monday.
The Panthers now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wauzeka-Steuben for a Ridge & Valley contest on Friday, January 13. Kickapoo will battle a Hornets team coming off a 74-46 non-league loss to Belmont (Belmont, WI). The Hornets record now stands at 5-5.
The Bulldogs (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Southwestern (Hazel Green, WI). The Wildcats come into the Southwest Wisconsin Activities contest with a 1-12 record. In their last contest, Southwestern was defeated by Iowa-Grant (Livingston, WI), 42-34, in a league contest.
